The cicCartuja-Ebro Foods Award is given to recognize young scientists who published papers in high impact factor journals. cicCartuja and Ebro Foods organize this award with the aim of promoting scientific excellence.

The winner is chosen by a jury from among 12 nominees, the first authors of the 12 Paper of the Month, young scientists under 31 who carried out their work in any of the three research institutes housed in cicCartuja.

The winner receives a €10.000 prize. The two runners-up also receive a €5000 prize each.
