Description of the service
The equipment of the Platform consists of an NMR spectrometer with a 600 MHz cryoprobe, an interaction quantification equipment based on the Surface Plasmon Resonance Imaging (SPRi) phenomenon, two Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC) equipment with low volume and standard cells, a Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) equipment, a MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer, an equipment for the characterization of particle size, Z-potential and molecular weights by Light Scattering and a Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC) equipment.
