Request for visits

In accordance with articles 22 and 23 of the Internal Regulations for Access to CicCartuja in relation to visits requested by schools:

• Schools wishing to visit the cicCartuja facilities will formalize their request through the cicCartuja web page by sending the form provided for this purpose to . The communications department will manage these visits, according to the criteria of the center’s Outreach Committee.
• Teachers must identify themselves with their ID card at the building access control and hand in a list with the names and surnames of the students in the group, who will also identify themselves with their ID card. Each visitor will be provided with a copy of the center’s emergency instructions, which must be returned at the end of the visit. The person in charge of the visit will sign a receipt for the delivery of said documentation. For safety reasons, groups will not exceed 16 students per corridor and/or laboratory. Therefore, if the groups are larger, it will be necessary to subdivide them and proceed to different itineraries in the Institutes and laboratories.
• In general, children under 16 years of age are not allowed, with the exception of those who reach that age in the current year. Minors under 16 years of age may only have access with the express authorization of the Director of the center and of the corresponding Institute.
