Dr. Javier Rojo from the Institute of Chemical Research has received the Ignacio Ribas Medal in its 2019 edition.

The Ignacio Ribas Medal rewards those members with an upward scientific career (both in quality and in national and international projection) during the last five years.

The Félix Serratosa Medal, the Ignacio Ribas Medal and the José Barluenga Medal are awarded annually by the Specialized Group of Organic Chemistry of the Royal Spanish Society of Chemistry among its members.
