The Institute of Plant Biochemistry and Photosynthesis (IBVF) of cicCartuja will participate this year in the II Edition of the ‘Summer Science Campus’ programme, a joint initiative of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) and the Ministry of Education focused on promoting scientific vocations among 1,200 students in the last year of compulsory secondary education and the first year of Bachillerato.
The Campus of Excellence ‘Andalucía Tech’ proposes four different projects in coordination with the University of Seville and in which the IBVF is integrated (see the projects here). Specifically, the guided visit that this Institute will organise is scheduled for 26th July.
In addition to the guided scientific itineraries, the activity plan of this programme includes practical and theoretical work linked to projects led by university professors in collaboration with secondary school teachers, as well as scientific activities for leisure time.
