As every year at this time, the Isla de la Cartuja Scientific Research Centre (cicCartuja) participates in the Science and Technology Week – the largest annual event for scientific dissemination at a European level – by organising a series of popularisation activities for science that serve to publicise the research carried out at its three institutes in the areas of biology, chemistry and materials science.
In this edition, the programme presents two main activities:
Coffee with Science
For the seventh consecutive year, cicCartuja is participating in the Coffee with Science. Next Wednesday, 4 November, 48 students from 1st and 2nd year of high school and 4th year of ESO from the IES San Alberto Magno and Ribamar will be invited to share a breakfast with three scientists, where they will be able to learn about the work of a researcher and ask questions about various scientific issues.
