On May 17 and 18, the VII Science Days were held, organized by the IES Munigua in Villanueva del Río y Minas. For the first time, the event took place outside the center’s facilities so that the general public, and not just the educational community, could come and learn about the Science and Technology experiences prepared by the students.
In this edition, as it was held outside the educational center and there was more space available, the number of experiences and topics could be increased. In addition to the town’s residents, students from educational centers in other towns participated in the event.
Teresa Ruiz Pérez was in charge of the stand of the Institute of Plant Biochemistry and Photosynthesis, presenting its main lines of work to students and the general public; to do so, she reused part of the material from the stand of the last Science Fair, for which special thanks are due to the people from the institute who created it.
