Tribute to biologist and activist J.A. Valverde at the House of Science

On Thursday, May 18, a Round Table on “Science and Conservation in Doñana: The legacy of J.A. Valverde for the 21st century” will take place at the Casa de la Ciencia.

Admission will be free until full capacity is reached.

Among the speakers is Federico Valverde, researcher at the Institute of Plant Biochemistry and Photosynthesis and son of the honoree.

Alongside him, Eloy Revilla, Director of the Doñana Biological Station; Miguel Delives, President of the Doñana Participation Council; Javier Hidalgo, Member of the Steering Committee of the Spanish Ornithological Society and Bibiana González Gordon, painter and illustrator from Jerez.
