The Asymmetric Synthesis and Functional Nanosystems group at the Institute of Chemical Research (IIQ) at cicCartuja Seville is offering a one-year postdoctoral contract, extendable to 18 months, for the project ‘Novel Molecular and Nanometric Tools for Cancer Therapy and Diagnosis’. The contract offers a salary of €42,000 per annum.

The candidate profile should be:

• PhD in Chemistry;

• Demonstrable experience in Organic Synthesis, Supramolecular Nanochemistry or Medical Chemistry;

• High level of written and spoken English;

The candidate will contribute to the design and synthesis of innovative molecular and macromolecular systems, contributing to the development of new strategies for cancer diagnosis and treatment.
